Tennessee man sues Popeye’s for wasting his time when they run out of chicken sandwiches

A nog in Tennessee filed a civil summons against Popeye’s Chicken when they ran out of his favorite crispy chicken sandwiches. He is suing them for false advertising and for all the time he wasted driving back and forth to the restaurant. He is seeking $5000.00 in damages.
