Oklahoma man arrested for walking into courthouse with no pants, underwear

Police say a man was arrested after walking into the Tulsa County Courthouse on Monday without wearing any pants. Officers say 55-year-old Brian Edward Johnson intentionally exposed his genitals to multiple people while the visiting the courthouse around 10 a.m.
Johnson told police he was dared to “go nude into the courthouse.” And he did it! Truly a Nice Noggin!
